Go Girlfriend is operated by First Kind AI Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). The protection of children is our highest priority. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any sexualization of minors in any form. This policy explains our rules, how we enforce them, and how to report a concern.
Go Girlfriend is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account, hold a subscription, or use the service in any way. The service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
Every companion on Go Girlfriend is a fictional, AI-generated character. Their personalities, conversations, and images are AI-generated, and no real person is presented as a companion. All companions are fictional adults aged 18 or over. Companion voices are produced by text-to-speech using voice models that are created, with consent and under licence, from recordings by professional adult voice actors we engage. No companion may be styled, described, named, or depicted as a child or as childlike, and we do not engage voice talent who are, or who portray, minors.
We require an affirmation of age at sign-up and may apply age assurance or age verification measures, which can include identity or age-estimation checks provided by third-party assurance vendors. Where the law requires it or where we have reason to doubt that a user meets the age requirement, we may require verification before granting or continuing access. Providing false age information is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and grounds for immediate termination.
It is strictly prohibited to use Go Girlfriend to create, request, solicit, describe, or attempt to elicit any content that sexualizes a minor, depicts a minor in a sexual or sexualized manner, or portrays any companion as a child. This includes age-play, "younger" or childlike framing, and any prompt engineered to bypass these protections. Our systems are designed to refuse such requests, and we will not generate this content under any circumstances. These rules are detailed further in our Acceptable Use Policy and Content Removal Policy.

Where we identify apparent CSAM or apparent child sexual exploitation, we report it to the relevant authorities. For United States users this includes the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline. For Australian users this includes the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE). We cooperate with lawful requests from these and other competent authorities.
If you encounter anything on Go Girlfriend that you believe sexualizes a minor or otherwise endangers a child, report it to us immediately at [email protected]. Please include the account or conversation involved, the date and time, and a description of what you observed. We review every report promptly. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
This policy works together with our Acceptable Use Policy and Content Removal Policy, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
