Content Removal Policy

GoGirlfriend

Effective date: 22 June 2026
Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. About this policy

Go Girlfriend is operated by First Kind AI Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This Content Removal Policy explains how anyone, whether or not you hold a Go Girlfriend account, can ask us to remove content from the service. We are committed to acting responsibly and promptly when content is alleged to be infringing, harmful, or unlawful.

Go Girlfriend is a platonic AI companion chat service. The companions are fictional, AI-generated characters; their conversations and images are AI-generated and no real person is presented as a companion. Companion voices are produced by text-to-speech using voice models licensed, with consent, from professional adult voice actors we engage. As a result, most "depicted person" concerns simply do not arise. Even so, we still honour genuine requests relating to a person's likeness or personal data, and we take all removal requests seriously.

2. What you can ask us to remove

  • Content that infringes intellectual property. If you believe material on the service infringes a copyright you own or control, please use our dedicated DMCA Policy process, which sets out the notice-and-takedown procedure under 17 U.S.C. 512 and how to send a counter-notice. Trade mark and other IP complaints can be sent to [email protected].
  • Content involving a person's likeness or personal data. If content appears to use your name, image, voice, or other personal information, or if you wish to exercise a privacy right, please see our Privacy Policy and contact [email protected].
  • Content that is non-consensual, illegal, or otherwise violating. This includes any material that is unlawful, that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, or that has been generated or shared without consent. Reports of child sexual abuse material are treated with the highest priority and are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.

3. What to include in a removal request

To help us act quickly, please include the following:

  • Your name and contact details, and whether you are acting for yourself or on behalf of another person or organisation.
  • A clear description of the content you want removed.
  • Where the content appears, with enough detail to locate it (for example, the companion involved, a screenshot, the date, or a URL).
  • The reason for your request and the basis on which you say the content should be removed.
  • A good-faith statement that the information you have provided is accurate.

4. Where to send your request

Send all removal requests - including copyright, trade mark, and privacy or personal-data matters - to [email protected]. You can reach the same address for general questions.

5. Acknowledgement and review timeline

We acknowledge removal requests promptly, normally within two business days of receipt. We then review the request and act within seven business days, which may include removing or restricting the content, declining the request with reasons, or asking you for more information. Where content is alleged to be illegal or non-consensual, we act faster and prioritise it ahead of routine requests, taking emergency action where appropriate.

6. Appeals

If we decline your request, or if you are the person who created or submitted content that we removed, you may appeal by replying to our decision or writing to [email protected]. Please explain why you believe our decision was wrong and include any supporting information. We will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable United States federal or state law, or under other consumer-protection or privacy laws that apply to you.
