1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Go Girlfriend, including all users. By using the platform, you agree to follow these rules. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Permitted Uses
• use the AI companion for conversation, entertainment, and companionship
• customise your experience using the personalisation features provided
• provide feedback and suggestions to help us improve the service
• use the service across multiple supported devices for your own personal use
3. Prohibited Uses
a) Illegal activity
• violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• facilitating, planning, or encouraging illegal activities
• impersonating a law enforcement officer or government official
b) Harmful, abusive & harassing content
• threaten, intimidate, bully, or harass any person
• generate content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence
• stalk or monitor another person without their knowledge or consent
• defame, humiliate, or harm the reputation of any real individual
c) Content involving minors
ZERO TOLERANCE: Any attempt to generate, request, share, or distribute sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement. There are no exceptions.
d) Attempts to circumvent safety systems
• attempt to manipulate the AI into ignoring its safety guidelines (“jailbreaking”)
• use encoded messages, indirect prompts, or roleplay scenarios to bypass content filters
• probe, test, or exploit security vulnerabilities without our written permission
e) Fraud & deception
• create multiple accounts to evade a ban or restriction
• provide false information to obtain access to features you are not entitled to
• use stolen or fraudulent payment methods
f) Platform misuse
• use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service without our permission
• scrape, extract, or harvest data from the platform
• attempt to reverse engineer any part of our AI systems or software
4. Enforcement
a) Actions we may take
• issue a formal warning
• temporarily suspend your account (24 hours to 30 days)
• permanently terminate your account without refund
• remove or block content that violates this policy
• report activity to law enforcement where required
b) Appeals
If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe this was in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days. Contact [email protected] with your account details and explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour on Go Girlfriend that violates this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We review all reports carefully.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when the updated version is posted here. Please review this policy periodically.
