Billing & Subscription Policy

For subscribers of Go Girlfriend

This Billing & Subscription Policy explains how paid subscriptions to Go Girlfriend (operated by First Kind AI Inc.) are charged. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Plans

Go Girlfriend is available on two paid plans: Monthly and Yearly. There is no free tier and no trial. The current price of each plan is shown at checkout before you confirm.

2. Auto-renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month for Monthly, every year for Yearly).
  • Renewal is charged to your payment method on the renewal date using the then-current price.
  • You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by cancelling - see section 5.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the recurring fee until you cancel. We do not store your full card details. Your statement will show a billing descriptor identifying the charge.

4. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. If a change affects your plan, we will give you advance notice before it takes effect, so you can decide whether to continue. Continuing past the effective date means you accept the new price.

5. Managing and cancelling

Manage your subscription at any time from Account → Billing (Manage Subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled.

7. Taxes

Prices may be exclusive of taxes. Where we are required to collect sales tax, GST, VAT or similar, it will be shown at checkout or added to your charge as required by law.

8. Billing disputes

If something looks wrong on your bill, contact [email protected] before disputing with your bank. We can usually resolve billing issues quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
