1. Why We Have a Retention Policy
We only keep personal data for as long as it serves a clear, legitimate purpose. Once data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Data may be retained to: provide the service, meet legal and financial obligations, protect platform safety, or resolve disputes.
2. Account & Profile Data
Your account information is retained for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account:
• your personally identifiable information is anonymised within 24 hours
• your account record is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period
• data subject to an active legal hold may be retained beyond this period
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. The 30-day grace period means you can recover your account if you change your mind. After 30 days, deletion is permanent.

4. Voice Data
Voice recordings are never stored on our servers. Audio is processed in real time and discarded immediately after your response is generated. There is no voice recording saved anywhere on our systems.
