First Kind AI Inc. is committed to giving you meaningful control over your personal data. This policy describes the rights available under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and Brazil’s LGPD.

2. Your Rights

a) Right of Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including account information, conversation history, and usage data. We will provide this in a clear, readable format within 30 days.

b) Right to Rectification

If any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you have the right to request that we correct it. Basic profile information can be updated directly in your account settings.

c) Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. You can:

•       delete your entire account and all associated data through your account settings

•       delete your conversation history without closing your account

•       request deletion of specific data by contacting [email protected]

d) Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV). Contact [email protected] to make a portability request.

e) Right to Restriction of Processing

You can ask us to restrict how we process your data when: you contest the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction over deletion; or we no longer need the data but you need it for a legal claim.

f) Right to Object

You have the right to object to processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests, and to object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time.

g) Right to Withdraw Consent

Where we process your data based on consent (such as voice data or marketing), you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
